RNDSQR Middle (commonly known as “mddl”), advocates for and champions at-scale delivery of middle housing in communities across Canada. mddl collaborates with municipalities, diy-developers, and housing providers to unlock the potential of vacant and single-family lots and accelerate the growth of the housing supply.
This is a full-time role as a Project Manager at mddl. You will be a key member of the core team, overseeing a wide range of functions across a growing project portfolio. The Project Manager will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of middle housing projects. This role is diverse in nature and touches on several stages of the project pre-development process including but not limited to site acquisition, design development, approvals and construction transition. This includes coordinating with consultants and approval authorities to implement projects and supporting the larger team with other housing-related initiatives. The role will be based in Calgary, AB.
